I’m Greg Kerns, a former Creative Director with over 20 years of advertising agency experience, specializing in healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. For more than two decades, I worked behind the scenes as a Creative Director helping major brands communicate clearly and effectively with their audiences. During that time I contributed to campaigns for companies including Verizon, Aetna, AT&T, Delta, Kohl’s, and Equifax, as well as pharmaceutical brands such as Cialis, Aggrenox, and Xolair.
That experience taught me something that applies directly to UGC content today:
